Volunteers, thank you for actively choosing to be apart of the Heart2Heart team to help the vulnerable and aging community. H2H will enter your information into our system, and add you as part of our strategic response team for our community. The most vulnerable group of people to be affected by community viruses, such as Coronavirus, is the aging population. The aging population is anyone over the age of 60 who lives in their home or currently resides in a care center.
During a time of crisis the elderly population face unprecedented hurdles that the rest of the public will never know of. That’s why we need to mobilize the local (C)hurch and anyone else who is willing to participate in the efforts to step into a unique space and advocate for those who are most in need – the elderly.

Senior Grocery Assistance Program
Our Volunteers at Heart2Heart are ready to help YOU get your groceries in our Senior Grocery Assistance Program. Grocery runs are a hassle which most everyone can do without. During today’s COVID-19 Pandemic, the lines in grocery stores are getting longer and more limiting. It’s harder to venture out and shop comfortably without worrying about contracting a virus. That’s where we come in! Heart2Heart has partnered with local businesses and churches in the community to provide assistance in getting your groceries.
The process is simple:
- Click on the LINK to sign up.
- You will receive a call from a volunteer confirming your shopping list.
- The items will be picked up at the grocery store and delivered.
- Payment will be made online once the shop is made and staff will contact you to confirm payment or CLICK HERE to make payment.
We hope to hear from you soon.
